How long does it take for you to ship my order?

All products are available to be shipped in time, although it takes a couple of days after payment confirmation for them to be on the way.

What shipping method do you use?

For national and international shipping we use brazilian's national courier service (Correios).

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For international shipping it takes from 7 to 30 days, depending on your location. Some delay may occur due to custom processing of your country

My order didn't reach me or it is delayed, how do I proceed?

You must write us to informing your order number so we can figure out to resolve your problem.
